Welcome to the New Baby Direct returns section.

RETURN WITHIN 7 DAYS SATISFACTION POLICY

You can return any goods purchased from New Baby Direct within this policy.

Orders can only be returned within 7 days start from the date of delivery. Items are returned at your own expense and risk and must arrive in perfect and unused [ Brand new ] condition for the refund to be issued.

IMPORTANT NOTE: If you return goods back to us in used condition we cannot process them and clearly no refund will be provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a 15% restocking fee charged on all returned items + delivery charges where applicable.

If an item is returned without meeting the requirements within this policy, the item will be refused and sent back to the purchaser and as we are not responsible for goods that may get lost in transit to you and cost to send back. At that point no refund or exchange or credit will be issued, so it's very very important that you follow the procedures listed here. In order for us to be able to take an item back for a refund or exchange or credit, the following requirements MUST be met:

• RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS STARTING FROM THE DAY OF DELIVERY.

• BRAND NEW.

• UNUSED AND RESALABLE CONDITION.

• IN ORIGINAL BOX AND PACKAGING AND YOU MUST HAVE ALL THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING, THE BOXES, PADDING, MANUAL, WARRANTY CARD ETC....

• PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEM WITHOUT FIRST CONTACTING OUR CUSTOMER CARE DEPARTMENT FOR A RMA RETURNS NUMBER OTHERWISE WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO DEAL WITH YOUR CLAIM.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Please request for an RMA number before you return items [ this applies to any reason for return ] If goods are sent back to us without an RMA number we will be unable to issue you with a refund or exchange, therefore please ensure you obtain an RMA number.

However, no carriage refunds can be given. In the case of free delivery a charge of £20 for each goods up-to 10kg and £30 for each goods over 10kg will be deducted from any refunds to cover delivery and administration fees + there is a 15% restocking fee charged on all returned items. The customer will be responsible for returning the goods to us at their own expense and risk. We suggest you use registered post or courier as we are not responsible for goods that may get lost in transit to us.

Please note If packaging is Damaged in any way this may contribute towards devaluing the product for resale. This will result in a less Refund being issued depending on the severity of DAMAGE. For this reason we ask all customers to keep all packaging in good condition before fully accepting the Product.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Manufacturers instructions for checking MUST be followed at all times and all original labels and seals MUST NOT be removed. In the case of car seats, if the original labels and seals are removed we regret that you will be unable to return the item for refund or exchange.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Refunds will be made by debiting to the purchaser credit or debit card, or by cheque within 60 days of receipt of the returned goods.

FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED REPORT WITHIN 7 DAYS

IMPORTANT NOTE: WE ASK ALL CUSTOMERS TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS BEFOUR START USING IT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM!

If you find a defect on your product, please carefully inspect the entire product and make a detailed list of the issues. Customers that have received 1 or more defective items can contact us directly with their findings within 7 days. We will immediately notify the manufacturer so a replacement part (or full product replacement) can be sent out. As long as the item is a true defect & not damage done by the customer, the manufacturers we work with will quickly resolve the problem by any means necessary.

You will then have an option to get a full refund, have the product repaired, or have it exchanged. In most instances we will send out parts to you FREE OF CHARGE or ask you to contact the manufacturer who will be able to deal with you directly (we will assist you)

AFTER 7 DAYS

If faults are reported after 7 days of signature on delivery we will ask you to send the items back to us at YOUR COST in order to be eligible for a Repair or Exchange. Please note after 7 days we will not offer Full refunds.

FOR THIS REASON WE ASK ALL CUSTOMERS TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS BEFOUR START USING IT WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING THEM!

We will always work with you to ensure the issue is resolved smoothly, efficiently and as soon as possible!

PRODUCT GUARANTEE

All goods purchased from New Baby Direct carries the manufacturer's guarantee depending on the goods you buy. All of our products are covered by a minimum 6 months guarantee and depending upon the manufacturer and upon goods you buy.

We will exchange or arrange repair of any product if it displays a manufacturing fault within 28 days.

If it displays a fault after 28 days but within the guarantee period we will arrange repair or supply of spare parts to you. Shipping costs involved are to be at your expense.

We reserve the right to send goods back to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the product has a manufacturing fault.

If the fault is determined to be of accidental damage, misuse or general wear and tear an administration and handling charge of £30.00 + will apply as well as any repair costs if applicable.

We reserve the right to issue refunds/exchanges/repairs in and out of the warranty period.

Accidentally damaged goods may be covered by your household contents insurance policy.

This guarantee is in addition to and does not affect your statutory rights and is free of charge. In return, please note the following terms and conditions.

THE GUARANTEE IS AVAILABLE FOR ALL PRODUCTS PURCHASED FROM NEW BABY DIRECT.

THE GUARANTEE IS AVAILABLE TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASER ONLY WHEN ACCOMPANIED WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT.

THE GUARANTEE APPLIES TO THE PRODUCT ONLY AND DOES NOT COVER ANY CONSEQUENTIAL LOSSES – I.E. TIME OR OTHER PRODUCTS.

THIS GUARANTEE IS NON TRANSFERABLE.

THE GUARANTEE APPLIES TO MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING DEFECTS ONLY UNDER NORMAL DOMESTIC USE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM AND REPUBLIC OF IRELAND.

THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER FAULTS CAUSED BY FACTORS OUTSIDE THE MANUFACTURERS CONTROL, INCLUDING FAILURE TO FOLLOW THE USER GUIDE AND MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS, NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, INAPPROPRIATE USE SUCH AS A SINGLE BUGGY BEING USED FOR TWO CHILDREN OR THE USE OF ANY MAKE OF TODDLER BOARD, ACCIDENTAL WILFUL AND OR MISUSE OF THE PRODUCT, INAPPROPRIATE STORAGE METHODS AND OR INAPPROPRIATE CLEANING, MODIFICATION, ALTERATION, TRANSFORMATION OF THE PRODUCT.

THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER PARTS SUBJECT TO NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, FOAM HANDLES, RUBBER ELEMENTS OF WHEELS, PNEUMATIC TYRES, SIGNS OF FABRIC WEAR.

THE GUARANTEE DOES NOT COVER PUSHCHAIR ACCESSORIES INCLUDING BOTTLE BAGS, COSY TOES, FOOT MUFFS, PUSHCHAIR LINERS, CHANGING BAGS, RAIN COVERS, CANOPIES, MOSQUITO NETS, PARASOLS, HEAD HUGGERS, AND NECK SUPPORTS.

MOVING PARTS SHOULD BE MAINTAINED ON A REGULAR BASIS AND A LUBRICANT SUCH AS SILICONE SPRAY SHOULD BE APPLIED TO KEEP NECESSARY PARTS RUNNING SMOOTHLY.

FABRIC ACCESSORIES MAY FADE AT DIFFERENT RATES ESPECIALLY WHEN NOTE BEING USED TOGETHER.

IF THE PRODUCT IS FOUND TO BE DEFECTIVE WITHIN THE DEFINITION DETAILED ABOVE, NEW BABY DIRECT SHALL, AT ITS DISCRETION, REPAIR THE PRODUCT, OR A NEW BABY DIRECT DISCRETION, PROVIDE NEW GOODS TO REMADE THE FAULT OR REPLACE THE PRODUCT WITH THE SAME OR SIMILAR MODEL TO THE SAME SPECIFICATION, THIS SHALL BE NEW BABY DIRECT SOLE OBLIGATION.

ANY REPAIR WORK UNDERTAKEN WILL BE APPROVED BY NEW BABY DIRECT.

IF A CLAIM IS MADE UNDER THIS GUARANTEE AND THE DEFECT IS NOT DUE TO FAULTY MATERIALS OR MANUFACTURE, NEW BABY DIRECT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHARGE THE CUSTOMER A £30.00+ FEE TO COVER THE ENGINEERS TIME + COURIERS COSTS + REPLACEMENT PARTS SUPPLIED.

LOAN BUGGIES MAY BE AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST. CHARGES MAY APPLY.

All BRABDS OF FURNITURE AND CAR SEATS ARE NON RETURNABLE

PLEASE NOTE: All brands of furniture and car seats are non returnable: unless damaged upon delivery and noted "DAMAGED" with driver. And this must be addressed in writing with photographic evidence.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds will not be supplied to faulty furniture but replacement parts provided as soon as possible.

Without prejudice no refund or exchange will be given for:- nappies, toiletries, self assembly furniture once fully or partially assembled, curtains and bedding once removed from packaging. We advise measurements are taken prior to ordering of any furniture or curtains.
